We want you to love your Aurevé piece. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work. ReturnsWe accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Non-Returnable ItemsEngraved items, custom-sized pieces, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded. How to Start a ReturnContact support@aureve.com with your order number to begin a return. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping label where applicable. Refund TimingOnce we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
